Purchasing an item:

Purchasing shoes made easy. Browse our on-line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfill your order.

Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of placing your order. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo, American Express and Connect. Safe card transactions are processed with Sagepay If you are shopping from anywhere in Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro’s on your own currency on your statement.

Always use the registered card address when ordering, if the card does not match the address we will not proceed with the order.

Loake 1880 Legacy Offer

Every purchase of a pair of Loake 1880 Legacy will receive a pair of Loake Shoe Trees until 30th September 2018. This is subject to availability and while stock last. The shoe tree size will be the same size as the shoes/boots purchased. We will not issue shoe trees for a different size other than the size ordered. If you would like to return a pair of Loake 1880 Legacy and have received a pair of shoe trees, you are required to return them at the same time. If we do not receive the shoe tree back we will effectively charge you for the shoe trees through a reduction of your refund amount. We will contact you before action is taken.  

Delivery Options:

FREE UK DELIVERY on anything over £15, parcels are posted using Royal Mail Parcel 24 delivery service. Royal Mail aims for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed.

Any product that is £15.00 and under is charged £2.50 postage

Next Day UK Delivery by 1:00pm UK * £7.50 per pair

Europe Airmail EUROPEAN DELIVERY (Except Loake) * £10

Rest of the World Airmail WORLDWIDE DELIVERY (Except Loake and Clarks) * £15

We are unable to send Loake outside of the UK

*(Next Day delivery for orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, please note that the Royal Mail does not class saturday as a working day so a friday order will arrive monday) Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address or the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address.

Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 10 days of payment date.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original unworn condition with the original box and we will refund the product price. Please ensure that your order number is in the box so we can locate your details to offer the refund. This will not include your postage costs. We do not pay the postage costs of returns. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

*Purchases made in store (physical) are subject to different terms and conditions. Please see the customer notice in store. 

Pre-Order Policy: All items pre-ordered will be delivered where possible to the time scales indicated, however we are reliant on manufacturers delivery dates. Your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of ordering. The normal returns policy will apply. Any order which cannot be fulfilled within the allotted timescales will, of course be elligible for a full refund.
