Loake factory seconds are imperfects, samples, discontinued, or a combination of all three. There may be blemishes, marks, scratches, creases, or uneven burnishing on the uppers, which will usually polish out. These cosmetic flaws are usually discreet and not immediately visible. Buckled shoes or belts may have marks on the buckle or discolouration to the metal. Leather-soled footwear may have marks and/or discolouration and will have a quality status stamp. In the case of all tie shoes, the tongue will have a discreetly placed punch hole to denote its quality status too.
Comes in non-original, imperfect Loake box without accessories and additional packaging.
We aim to ship orders purchased before 12:00pm (GMT) on weekdays, excluding holidays, on the same day. Delivery timeframes are approximate, and orders placed after 12:00pm may be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 12:00pm on Fridays may be shipped on Monday. Orders placed between 12:00pm and 2:00pm may or may not be dispatched on the same day.
Enjoy free delivery on orders over £30, with the option of express delivery. For orders under £30, there is a £4 delivery fee.
In the UK, we use Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL for deliveries, occasionally using other couriers. Standard UK orders with Royal Mail (RM24) aim for next-day delivery but may take 2-3 working days for Economy UK (RM48). Special Next Day UK uses DPD or Royal Mail.
Dangerous Goods (Hazmat) are exclusively delivered by DHL. Note that due to their nature, these items can only be transported by road, preventing us from shipping to non-mainland and Northern Ireland. Over £50.00 delivery is free.
For European deliveries, starting at £15, we offer as standard "delivered duty paid" service for orders under £135. For orders over £135, you have the option to choose between "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) and "Delivered Duty Unpaid" delivery methods.

You can select either Standard or Express (Premium) delivery options for the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, starting at £20. For Canada, Israel, and the UAE, you have the choice between Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivered Duty Unpaid delivery methods, both starting at £25.
Rest of the World delivery starts at £30.00 per item.
