Trainee Online Sales Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is capable and ready to learn. Full training will be given and the opportunity to achieve further qualifications will also be available. There are many opportunities to develop roles within the business so if you are someone who thrives in a busy working environment and want to pursue a career in retail and web based sales this could be for you.

Our online team are dedicated to delivering the best online shopping experience, whether our customers choose to shop directly or through 3rd party marketplaces like Amazon or Ebay. We may be a small independent family run business, but we daily reach customers all over the world. 

The online team work closely with the instore, aligning bricks and mortar with the digital world. No two days are the same and it is a really exciting time to join our Ecommerce operations, as we continue to grow as a leader in online footwear. Predominantly based at our Stamford branch- you'll develop new skills and build on existing ones. The main role will include processing orders, stock management, data entry and customer service. It would be an advantage if you have experience with Microsoft Excel.
