Delivery Notes

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address or the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address.

Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 10 days of payment date.

*Occasionally we may need to use a courier service if the product is too heavy to be delivered by Royal Mail. We will let you know when we dispatch the order.  

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original unworn condition with the original box and we will refund the product price.

Please ensure that your order number is in the box so we can locate your details to offer the refund. This will not include your postage costs. We do not pay the postage costs of returns.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

On the rare occasion we agree to pay the return postage, we will either send you a paid postage label or ask for a copy of your postage receipt but we will only credit you up to £4.00 and no more.
