Delivery Notes

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address of the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to another address.

Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 10 days of payment date.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original unworn condition and with its original box. Please pack your order securely in a suitable postal bag and include your order number inside to allow us to process your refund

We do not pay the postage costs of returns. We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

We will reimburse by the method used for the original transaction within 14 days*

Unfortunately, some items are not able to be cancelled after the order is processed (1 Hour) and non-refundable:

  • Anything that's made to a specific requirement i.e belt size, is therefore personalised and cannot be resold
  • Hygiene Reasons: Tights and Socks 

COVID-19:

There are a few minor changes to our returns procedure inline with the UK Government Covid-19 policies. 

 All returns are subject to a minimum of 24 hours quarantine

  • *Please allow 14 workings days for your refund 
  • **We are unable to offer to exchanges at this time. Please reorder the size you require

We recommend that you use either Royal Mail or DPD to return your order. We are happy to accept returns in store, however we will not be able to exchange** or refund your order at that point. 

International returns: You are responsible for any customs and import charges. Please make sure you use the relevant customs forms for your country.
