Click & Collect is available for all stores, but this does not mean the product is currently at that particular store. This is an option for your order to be delivered to a store of your choice.
How long will you hold my order?
Once the order arrives in store it will be kept for 7 days. After this it will be returned back to Head Office for a full refund. This will not include your delivery costs. Due to space restrictions our stores are unable to hold onto orders for longer than 7 days. If you are unable to collect in the time please get in touch and we will be happy to make further arrangements.
How do I know when my Click & Collect order is ready and what do I need to bring?
You will be contacted by the store as soon as the order is ready to be picked up. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a form of ID:
We cannot release your order without seeing your order confirmation and ID.

Can Someone else collect my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to release an order to anyone else other than the name on the order confirmation.
Can I return my order into store?
We’re happy to accept returns in store, however we are not able to issue refunds or exchanges in store under any circumstances. The shop will return the product to Head Office for processing. Please allow 14 working days from the return date for your refund to appear on your account. The shop have the right to deny the return of an order if you do not provide all the relevant information.
