FREE UK DELIVERY Parcels are posted using Royal Mail Parcel 24 delivery service. Royal Mail aims for next day delivery but this is not guaranteed.

We are unable to send Loake outside of the UK

Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 10 days of payment date.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original unworn condition with the original box and we will refund the product price. Please ensure that your order number is in the box so we can locate your details to offer the refund. This will not include your postage costs. We do not pay the postage costs of returns.
