Delivery:
FREE DELIVERY within the U.K. (parcels are sent Royal Mail recorded second class post)
Parcels are posted within 24 hours working days using Royal Mail recorded delivery service. All parcels must be signed for and cannot be left without a signature. Failure to do so will mean you will have to collect your goods from the local sorting office. Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 10 days of payment date.
Special delivery is available for an extra charge to the UK:
Special Delivery £7.50 per pair (available on orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, please note that the Royal Mail does not class saturday as a working day special delivery placed on friday will arrive monday and that the Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery but will endevour to achieve it)
Delivery to Europe £9.95 per pair
Delivery to the Rest of the World £18.95 per pair
We do offer discounted rates for multiple purchases, please contact us for details.
Delivery will only be made to the cardholder's registered address or the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to any other address.
Returns Policy:
NO QUIBBLE RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original unworn condition with the original box and we will refund the product price. Please ensure that your order number is in the box so we can locate your details to offer the refund. This will not include your postage costs.
We do not pay the postage costs of returns.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
